Negative Interest Rates in Europe

this is why the company mentioned that in the last conference call that they are looking at refinancing their debt in europe and linking it to their european subsidiary. 

it only makes sense, as Europe is experiencing a negative interest rates in Europe.

I think this is a smart move especially when the company is experiencing program in contract wins with BIS and Mood International (Claude Group).
