Your right it is closer to 8 Million so they paid 16 Million for a 12 Billion dollar resource to date. An instu value of about .013%. Cheap is an understatement. I wish I could "Buy" ...more

I think you'll find MMW has closer to $8 million in cash ($9.8 at March 31). Still, as you say, it's cheap.

off to PAN, not every day you get an 800,000 oz Pt/Pd deposit for 6 million dollars (MMW had about 18 million in cash). I do realize the markets are in turmoil but this deal does have some interesting ...more

Panoramic has acquired over 90% of the Magma shares and they indicate they will involuntarily acquire the remaining shares on the same exchange basis.  I assume we will be notified by the broker ...more

Bidding at 11 cents for Magma when Panoramic is at a 52 week low, after FX Magma is worth 10 cent and falling! Sold to you!! Dont be stupid!!

Panoramic shares are plummeting in value, and you wont get them in your account for a while.  In the meantime everyone is shorting Panoramic.  The best play is not to buy Magma but to short ...more

PAN now has 66.25% of MMW. I hope several of the large SH go to the dissenting stage and I will follow.If PAN wants my shares they can pay me .37 thanks very much.

Big dump today...any ideas why?

Just wondering if there was some catalyst for this otherwise low turnover stock to suddenly dump 1.85m shares?  Anyone have any ideas?

People are still selling for .125? I have to ask why? You are selling a $1.00 for .89 cents. This is not logical unless you have another guaranteed place to make at least 11% on your money, and if so ...more
