I usually see cash flows discounted at 5 or 6... maybe 10. But your approach is correct. You don't do your what ifs based on everything breaking your way. Taht way, if you're surprised it's pleasant, not the other way around.
One thing that's silly in this silliest of seasons is the notion that there's 1.5 kilometers of enormously rich vein. There may well be but we've only explored a very very small area to date. Wouldn't the insiders have purchased every free trading share on the market if it really were that simple?
Agreed. It is silly and I was very - loose - with the numbers. It was an attempt to spur on conversation and it seems to have worked.
It that ridge is even 1/10 as dense as it looks to be after excavaiton we have more product than this company will be able to handle for years to come. And that's not on even 1% of the total land under contract.
My point is simply that we now are at this point:
- CNY is now fully financed
- In a solid partnership with Sentient - a world leader in this precise industry
- Established land claims
- Proven valued extremly high grade resource
- Ability to mine and sell product
- Transportation routes identified and established
- Currnetly in production - waiting for initial numbers
Lets discuss what you would like to see added to this list ?
