In a reply to my own post - I put the TSX listing in the wrong context. When I said "At the last meeting this sounded like it was happening next week." what I meant was that it sounded like they were already moving ahead with that process and it was confirmed with someone in the room that CNY already conformed to the TSX listing requirements. I beleive it was said to be happeining 'withing 3 to 6 months' and someone added that indeed it could happen very quickly.
