RE:Good EnergyI asked him point blank across the table back in March prior to the close of the last PP. To paraphrase his response he told me that a big part of his remuneration/ incentive for this year was based on finding and securing another large investor. I then asked what percentage would they like another major investor to hold to which he said that depends on a number of factors that were not in his direct control but anywhere from 20-40% of the float would be their rough target. He said this is one of the reasons they had to develop the tin opportunity. After talking about the tin for 10 minutes (I was more interested in the share structure) I then asked him again if it wouldn’t be easier to just take it private at this point now that there was a smaller float. He didn’t like that I was pushing him on it and answered that it was not his or Sentient’s intention to go private.
He is a pretty good salesman and I would not bet a cup of coffee one way or the other if he was telling the truth. He was nice enough to meet and listen to my concerns.
