I've searched all over Sedar and Google and can't find the document. I do however remember reading the document and in one of the last pages Julien specifically states that one of the reasons to move to the UK is because the law makes it easier to squeeze out minority shareholders. If anyone can find that "Transfer Proposal" it could look very incriminating.
