Criminal imho.  Beacon puts out bullshit analyst reports and then dilutes the f out of us at 35 cents. Wonder who's been keeping us down  mystery solved.  Next one at 25 cent next year. Another round of options while we're at it for the great job being done for us peons shareholders.
