RE:RE:RE:Today Is Not A Good Day as Calibre Mining Buys Marathon GoldCorrect Ork  That  why  the  sedar  and  sedi filings  will  be interesting..

Looking  forward  If the  deal goes  through  the  66  million  shares and  any additional shares  purchased will not  be  included  in the   net  float of  CXB  they get deleated/cancelled  as in  a repurchase  plan.
So  if  it  is  CXB is  buying  shares  they  may  end  up  sweetening the  deal  themselves  to  get  shareholder  consent. Any  shares  they  purchase are cheap and every share  purchased  ends  up reducing the  net  float CXB post  deal. May end up having to increase to a .8/share  which  would  put  us  about a  buck...JMHO

Puchasing  MOZ  shares  now increases their  insurance  and  derisks  the  market potentially pushing  the  CXB  price  up. CXB  needs  MOZ  more than  MOZ  needs  CXB at this  time,  we  allready  have the  funds to complete  now. It  wont get  any  cheaper  for  CXB  .When completed  Valentine  will  fundementally  change  CXB.

On the  other  hand  any  other  sutor  would have  to  pay  out  or  convert  the  66 million+ cxb  shares  If they are  serious  then  they  should  be  buying  every  share  of  MOZ  they can  get their  hands on.....JMHO
