RE:Why the issuance of up to 315,664,294 of CXBs  explained  in the  back portion of the  MOZ circular page 7 of the  Pro forma consolidated statement


Was comparing  info on both circulares and   that info  referenced is in the  MOZ  circular. but is  also  in the  CXB  circular but the  page  numbers are  different.... You will be  abl to  figure  it  out.!

Long  and  short of it   CXB will end  up  with  708 million shares period!
