There is no way that such a low grade stockwork pit can generate profitable cash flows sufficient to pay off over $544 million in debt in 5 years. Thats why the IRR is so skinny. Any sustained drop in the POG and this deal is toast..

Only problem with your theory is that Marathon pits are high grade and the recovery rate is high.

deadly !!.......if you assume that MOZ gets taken under..... Also, 1.20 now, if 1.00 next month, big challenge to get deal approval. Caliber not a writeoff anyway, primary production location highly problematic, however, a few more years of cash thrown off from production there and invested elsewhere, and far less concerned.
