278,637,000 votes 59.39 per cent of votes entitled to be cast at the special meeting
278,637,000 / .5939= 469,164,842 total shares eligable to vote??? aparently none of the shares are disinterested shareholder.

Disinterested Shareholder means the owner of voting securities other than those beneficially owned by an Interested Shareholder. Disinterested Shareholder means a shareholder that is not an Insider eligible to receive options under the Plan, and who is not an Associate of an Insider.
I dont think CXB is a disinterested shareholder...JMHO
