Madison Ventures purchased another $8.5 million worth of shares at $6.50.
In May Mr Grippo purchased another million shares at 6.5.
15 million spent by the people most familiar with the portfolio valuation. 
I am sure there is some way to spin this negative, but this is a huge insider purchase. 
Rising rates do no seem to worry their thesis.

No,  there is no way to spin this negative.   My B shares were takne out at $6.95 yesterday. I still have 700 C shares on the ask for $6.95 if anyone wants them.    They have the same economic value. Why don't you ask them if or when they are just going to poney up the $$$ and stop playing around and take the whole thing private,  then they only have each other
