Nelson and Grove is effectively sold out.
3 left of the 65 ex the show homes. The show homes will sell quickly given they have the best lots.
The jv should be making very good money. 
Next step, start services for the next phase.
My take away, despite the headline news, Fraser Valley real estate demand has returned,  at just slightly lower price points.
The lots probably had 400k contributions each to the jv.
Very positive for the co.
The Ceo is going to retire. Zero impact. He never held shares, which to my view never made sense.
New Ceo, highly skilled. A net positive.
