New Silverdale Loftus Village price point.

Two things pop out from this listing from a land focused and I assume rational realtor.
$2 million an acre, and that trunk servicing is very close to starting in early 2024.
The Loftus Village planning has been in the works for a year.
Archer Green resales are in the high 700k for 3 bedrooms, and low 700k for 2 beds.
This is very high margin pricing.
Long dated land sales asks in the area are 750k to a million, near term appears to be twice the ask.
