There are about 110 units listed available and more coming. 

About 25 more in November, 35 more in December, etc etc 

That's a huge amount of vacancies to fill at this higher end price range.

Most demand is going to be in the 1900-2600 range (not this complex obviously). Not sure how much the market can absorb at this price range? Will be Interesting to see.

Also to note, some of the other residential buildings show slight vacancies increase. Not sure if these are rent strike people or?
