PDAC today

PDAC today

Had a very nice Chat with Patrick Evans at the MPV booth today. What a nice guy. Nothing he told me is probably all that new to any of you, but I'll share what I can remember. He said that either yesterday or today MPV started transporting equipment up to the area so it's ready to go as soon as the permitting/licensing happens. He said he doesn't anticipate any issues with permits or licenses, and they're proceeding with all the applications they need to get to work, which I found encouraging. He said our friend dermot desmond would never sell for less than $8/share, but the longer term potential is even greater than that in his opinion (BTW, if you weren't aware he owns 1.2 million shares). He said Harry Dobson is at PDAC, so he might be hanging around the booth.

He said the biggest challenge he foresees for MPV will be a warm winter next year, so let's all hope for cold temps! He also told me it's possible another rights offering may happen later this year.

I know some of you have been here for a really long time and you may be frustrated, but I have to say I found it encouraging and refreshing that PE was genuinely excited about the MPV story. Oh, and his eyes really lit up when he started talking about KDI. That's all. Have a good night.
