Well, companies usually don't report itemized sales figures for a very good reason. they do not want their competitors to know that data.
In this case, I do not think you as a shareholder want the diamond buyers in India and Belgium, for example, to know what MPV paid or received for their specials. Or other diamond miners, and I'm sure that there are others you would want to keep in the dark
