Fundamentals vs share price don't make sense

Fundamentals vs share price don't make senseHey guys.  First of all, congrats on the forum.  It is quite rare to find a stock where most of the discussions are not the "go to moon!!!" type of interaction :).  Anyway, this jorney with MPVD has been quite intriguing.  Mining companies are usually traded at 4x to 6x their sales levels. If you look to the new set of numbers released yesterday, MPVD is trading under 1x their sales. Not only that, but the company released a ton of good news. By any fundamental analysis, MPVD should be easily marching to a $3.0/share price. Yet, the stock price is showing a surprisingly low 8% upside today.  Any thoughts of what may be happening? Internal manipulation by big players (the famous Irish)? Or the market is just not aware yet of the good numbers, maybe because of low trading volumes? I have a serious position at this company, but now I am just curious to understand what may be happening.  Cheers.
