RE:Stock price doesn’t lie I think warren buffett is on record for saying share prices do sometimes lie about the value of a company. He always invested based on the fundamentals of a company he could understand. He made over 600bn usd for Berkshire Hathaway on this principle. I think I would prefer to follow Warren than yourself strategy in trading shares. Your short will come back to bite you badly someday , when mpvd fundamentals are recognised as being totally undervalued by institutional investors and they start buying and shooting up the share price. You will have to pay the market value of the share price to close out your short than and this is all part of levelling up the market. Share prices rarely value a company correctly in my experience, and this case explains this theory pretty well.
