RE:Clay

RE:Clay Guys my 2 year sabbatical is over! I read the technical report which is on sedar filings on company website and was posted on 28 March. Mpvd expects to generate 254m cad in 2023 before finance and corporate costs. If this happens as planned, debt of 150m usd can be paid off next year. The Hearne kimberlite found at end of last year could be anything. It looks like it could produce up to 25m carats, but who knows. More work needs to be done here next year. There looks to be a number of promising targets identified for winter exploration program in 2024 from Kennady exploration update press release this morning. Mark Wall has said on investors call they are in discussions with De Beers about incorporating Kennady assets , as well new Hearne pipe into an extended mining plan. This could increase the mine life well past 2040. And de beers would have to pay a significant fee to buy into the Kennady lands. I also note Mr Wall stated on investor call that they are going to update the sales values of faradays and Kennady assets. This could be a 1bn cad increase in revenue. And not to mention a new kimberlite was discovered 450 metres from Kelvin from press release this morning. The senior  bonds are going to extended for 3 years and the junior bonds for five years , with no dilution for equity holders. One has to conclude that the reason the senior bonds are only being extended for three years is because it is expected they will be repaid in full at this stage. There has only being fantastic news from mpvd this year , which as yet, has not been remotely reflected in the share price. I expect that to dramatically change when bonds extension is finalised on 09 December. China looks like they may abandon their zero Covid policy in coming months, which will trigger a huge jump in jewellery sales when announced. Canadian diamonds are conflict free and gaining a branding of their own in the marketplace. The only way is up for mpvd, and way way up in my opinion.
