Does Sahi want to participate

Does Sahi want to participate Does Sahi want to participate  in the new offering?
The answer could be anticipated by the commun price evolution.
If the MM are jacking up the price: he won't if it is commun share otherwise he would have the price going down to his style.
If it is pref convertible then the price would go up up..
A note: the price would not move by much.

Do not forget the price can legally get manipulated before and during an offering. Written down in any prospectus.
The question is : Do we sell now at a higher price then buy back when the offering would be announced?
Does Sahi is thinking about selling or not?
