The Company also owns a 65.0% interest in Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust and a 45.3% effective interest in Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust. It also provides advisory and management services to institutional and other investors. The Company's subsidiaries include Morguard Real Estate Investment Trust and Morguard North American Residential Real Estate Investment Trust.

added a little more again at US77..tiny bites, happy to build a position here...they are making moves in a tough r/e market, buying the retail area of the Rockville Md. Apt complex in Morguard Apt Reitdom it is a beautiful high end place so they 'control' the whole complex now; a strong area outside DC.
Patience is the word. Would be nice to see them do something even a little w the NCIB here w price so low, it just makes the Sahi stakes stronger?? oh well.
