help plz with insider transactions

morning all.

Can someone quickly explain what Jaekel did recently with the options. I understand he sold shares for cash, but I don't understand the option trades...did he sell them as wel for cash?

I'm not sure, but going to assume after Nat is out and now possibly Jaekel dumping, this might not be a good thing.....thoughts?
