Nat Rea was the owner of Rea International when Royal Laser bought his company and MRE was formed. If memory is correct, there is no Martin. That name came from Fred Jackel family or something. Nat was paid millions in cash as well as shares of MRE.
Nat then sold his shares (I believe on the open market last year).
I don;t imagine this wil be some small dollar pay off.
