Takeover offers turned down by Wildeboere

Takeover offers turned down by WildeboereHow can we confirm whether or not Wildeboere turned down a very lucrative takeover offer by Linamar last year at $15.00 per share.....at a time when our stock had already started it's constant decline under his and the current Board's pathetic leadership. Linamar apparently wanted the Honsel Aluminum business......when they were rejected by the Executive Chairman pocketing $3M per year at Martinrea for leading the good ship MRE Titanic..... they purchased Montupet in France, .........I have also been led to believe that he (they)  turned down a more recent takeover offer by a Chinese company  with a very significant premium for shareholders . Everyone on this board knows that Martinrea are far from being transparent with shareholders. ..........Maybe I'm just one of those "Whining Shareholders" that Wildeboere refers to but I am underwater over $100k on this  UNDERPERFORMING dog.
