Forever Undervalued. market inefficiency!
MRE has shown significant mprovements in all metrics every yera since 2007.
Sales grown significantly, margins profit margins increased, cash flows increased and debt levels have deccreased to a very susatimnable level.
Meanwhile, the stock price is lower that it was in 2007!
Is the market that inefficient?
