As we can read in Q4's report, "The Trust has approximately 1/4 of its properties in Alberta with a high of concentration in Calgary, which is linked with the oil and gas industry. Concerns about climate change have played a role in the downturn of this industry. Continued focus on climate change by lobby and political groups will have lasting impacts on this sector." (p. 46)
