"the last 5%..." I wish it were only 5%. One must take the debentures into account.  They are convertible into 20,384,000 units at $7.80 per unit until the end of 2026. That is $159

Sahi and Armoyan have aggressively scooped up the majority of shares at much, much lower prices, even below $5. But, to complete the buyback, the last 5% of shares will need to be bought at a premium

mrt has been a systematic short after every move higher as it pulls back on low liquidity and then sahi or armoyan buy at a certain level. sahi's behaviour is disgraceful for a public market

George Armoyan bought a ton of MRT & MRC. Sahi is not a bad guy but he is a dead weight manager. So much potential to dispose of assets right now including some of his offices but he has not
