Volume is like vapour ware
Tug of war here, The only shares left are the hard core shorts waiting for zero and the two billionaires waiting to clean them out.
Who will win? I know what my money is on.

"two billionaires waiting to clean them out." Readers may have noticed that George (Sime) Armoyam stopped buying units a month ago. Why? Because he is busy trying to save Slate Office Reit (unit price down from $5+ to $0.20) from bankruptcy. He may be running out of extra cash.

"Not true." I should have been more precise. On most days in May, his purchases exceeded 10,000 units. They did not in June until the recent day recorded after I posted.

The REIT sector for street investors is poison. But, the billionaires see it differently. Might explain why they fall into the 1% of plutocrats.

Outside of the few megacaps and meme stocks the TSX is the new VSE, REITs are the new mining stocks. Only investable when they crash for pennies on the dollar.

Armoyan is buying MRT units again. He's not running out of cash. He's buying this in a certain range, which we briefly moved above. Now, we're back down again and he's hoovering shares once again.
