It owns and manages a diversified portfolio of office, industrial, retail, multi-suite residential and hotel properties in North America. It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

I like your thinking.....so i took advantage of the quite day today. Added some more.

Starting to build on a small profit position. Its hard to imagine large land and buildings whose original costs shown as a book value + net asset value of over $18 per share available at under 1/3rd the price. Sooner or later, Covid will be behind us.

Many Reits are well on their way towards recovering and MRT.un is just the smaller kid coming up the back and leaving the Covid Monster behind. Good Luck Longs.
