Tomorrow. Been an interesting year for sure and perhaps many were buying the more popular names instead but at this point this is one of the best values available imo.

My average cost is around $5.15 and half loaded. Considering buying another half if share price is under $5.5 tomorrow.

Been buying selling etc since 4.18 not selling anymore now tho. My daughter also has some mrt as well, her first and only buy was at 4.96. She is a holder tho I'm a bit more of a gambler lol. But I dont think it would be wise selling much of this down here any longer. Jmo. Cheers

Let me rephrase that because it sounds misleading, my first buy here was 5 bucks, I bought it as low as 4.18. I made it sound like I bought rock bottom from the start but that's not the case, I averaged down then traded alot between say 4.20 and 5.00 then again between 5 and almost 6.

I see good long term value and just added a little more.  My game plan is to add a little more as it goes up.  Jumped in a litle early so breaking even, not counting the distribution. Good Luck longs....Am not fussed about the discounts they are offering.  Achor tenants are solid. Vaccines are moving a long.  Renewing Mortgages at lower rates.  Raising extra cash for ...more
