It is a significant sponsor of two real estate investment trusts (REITs): Morguard REIT, a closed-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of Canadian commercial real estate assets; and Morguard North American Residential REIT, an open-end Trust with a diversified portfolio of multi-suite residential assets across North America.

Lets Hope Mgmt is Confident enough to raise the distribution

Things start opening up soon. Just a little hint from managment, and the Shorts will start closing their position. Unbelievable that Prime Real Estate in Canada in Mrt.un trades at such a discount to NAV.
