Bargains are disappearing
Indices continue to swell as bargains become less rare. Tech continues to show weakness and in many cases is a falling knife. MRT, however, is still one of the few remaining true bargains. Holding steady and paying a distribution with a strong liklihood of seeing that rise. Like a dog waiting for a treat, we just have to wait it out until we're given our prize.
