Markets burning red except....
the divy payers which are green, flat or only slightly down. Amid rising rates and inflation, investors are looking to park thier cash for yield or the potential of one going higher like MRT which finished green amidst the rising black smoke. Looking good.

Those who were last, shall now be first ... though it is hard to believe given the limpid stock performance of recent years. Time for MRT to ride the rocket!!!
