Buying continues by MRT...

even at $5.42. Explains why we are slowly trending up.

MRC is getting more aggressive as we move closer to Q4 reporting Feb 15. Hope to see a distribution increase - could be as much as 50% - to $.03 monthly. In the past 3 weeks, MRC (RBC Capital) has been most of the volume traded on the buy side. They have been keeping their buy orders hidden. This billionaire counts his pennies.

If we get a raise to 3¢, then the share price would need to rise to $8 for a similar 4.5% distribution. A 5% distribution valuation gives us a $7 share price. Very doable. Either way, at 3¢, it is still more than 50% below the 8¢ distribution pre-pandemic. Lots of air above still. Just requires patience.
