Maybe the smart ones, I imagine most of the CXR crowd have had it with growth-by-acquisition though. My guess is people who got out at $3.00 are thinking this is cheap again. The insider buying is also a heartening sign, but I'm very confused why the stock is staying at this level with so much volume. Weak hands all over?
