Kiss of death. Vote against reverse split. It's only weeks before it get's pulled back down.  it's seldom the shares outstanding ( unless 5-600million) The market perceives a value say $1.25  you reverse 2 for 1 and get it to $2.50 and 60 dsys alter it's $1.25 again. Seen it a hundred times on the Venture. The only thing that works is a catalyst.  The downgrades ...more
