Has management informed investors as to why the permit is delayed? Has management asked the Canadian embassy for help, if relevant? Has management provided investors with relatively frequent updates, even simply to remind us we are still stalled?

China hates Canada at the moment, even holding hostages ...  the embassy has no power in china and other priorities than a penny stock anyways.
