STILL trading well below Current Assets
Less all debts and Liabilities giving ZERO value for the two mine exploration properties AND the new stake in the Cement company.
Company should not be buying this Asset and just using the Cash and Assets to buyback shares in a Normal Course Issuer Bid. They could retire a large amount of the float easily, and still can.
It does not appear that managment or this Board of Directors have their shareholders interests here.
Perhaps that can change over time.
