Maxim - Future PlansOnce Milner is fully up and running (I am expecting an update any day now), it will be interesting to see where Maxim sees its future going.
From a timing perspective, they will finally be looking at opportunities where valuation multiples have come down and free debt is no longer being thrown at projects. I like the growth opportunities if they choose to go down this route.
I expect this to become more clear within the next 9 to 12 months and in the meantime, I would be pleased if they thought about shareholders in the form of a small special dividend.
