Take a look at the amended by-laws on Sedar. Lots of changes and me thinks at this meeting June 3, if all aproved we could see a regular Dividend instituted. (Speculation on my part from what I read)  ...more

Valory deal closed

Nice to see this finally completed.  The ground lease terms for coal processing at Milner site is another sweetener with the deal.

Coal moratorium lifted

Looks like Alberta has lifted it's coal moratorium. Share price hasn't reacted but I see this as being a major hurdle for Summit's approval.
