They have great assets in good locations
They have some ongoing long term contracts
Their cost structure is still too high
Their cash flow is in rough shape and expect that there EBITDA is shrinking given the stubbornly low price of oil
They are carrying a fair amount of debt
Depending on the Q2 results that will be announced later, they might not want to see what SP impacts that ill further have.
I could see companies like SES, Clean Harbors, 360 interested. In a tiwst it would be interesting if Birch Hill, who purchased the Industrial Unit from Newalta couple years ago, would buy the remaining assets.
I think there are some serious discussions going on...
