Assuming Leslie Barkhouse can start being a real leader. He spent the previous staff town halls justifying his salary instead of sharing any kind of vision or path to recovery. He should be paid in stock, wipe out his massive salary. He's eithier in or he's out. I think I'll send him a spatula so he can practice for his next job.
