What will happen to newalta stocks?

from what ive read about the tervita buyout the stocks for newalta will be traded in for .1467 tervita shares. This cant be true, can it? Shareholders stand to lose serious money on this deal!

0.1467 of one common share of New Tervita ("New Tervita Shares") new tervita shares would have to be about $86.0 per share

I think that you slipped a decimal place when doing your calculations. 8.5888 should be the min opening price.
