The financial tools available to Nano include issuing more shares to raise capital. Shareholder dilution is on the table until Nano provides more details on financing.
Of course the market is concerned (flailing share price a strong Indicator of investor unease).
Everyone is excited for Nano's future. But investors are anxious to better understand how the future will be funded.
Only once the financing details are made public will investors be able to evaluate the likelihood and timing of a potential insolvency scenario.
I trust the team at Nano will put together a powerful financing strategy. But not everything needs to be so secretive. This information is not protected by an NDA.
Or perhaps Nano does not yet have any concrete plan?
Nano needs to let the investor community understand the plan.
