Can you imagine that Paul Matysek is granted more compensation than our Chief Techology Officer (CTO) Dr. Stephen Campbell?  


Imagine how this feels for our CTO considering what they each contribute to the company. 


And for those who say we don't know exactly what Paul does behind closed doors.  Here is the fact: results are all that matters. And behavior.  Paul has not delivered on his end of the bargain.  Can you say the same for our CTO? Our CTO is so important to Nano One it is impossible to overstate.  Our Chair is another story.  There is no evidence a more experienced Chair could not deliver better results in this advanced materials space.
