News Releases - Be strategic
Even if Nano had some materials right now that they could (legally) consider releasing to media to help the stock, it might be considered a better strategy to hold onto those materials for as long as practicable in an effort not to waste a good news release during this summer period where stocks generally perform poorly ("sell in May, go away").
I would almost prefer Nano hang on to whatever news they can and only release once the general sentiment towards this space is showing signs of improvement/recovery.
Specutive plays are generally highly dependent on investor sentiment and momentum and therefore a decent NR might be wasted if published to the market while everyone is on vacation.
