Why this share price debacle today? The share price as a predictable, plannable development for a long time? Why today of all days for the Roth Capital investor conference??? Who wants to embarrass whom here? Does anyone have an answer? Does anyone believe in coincidences? Does anyone believe in Santa Claus?

1) No, definitely not! But....

Does anyone seriously believe that the CEO of Nano One Materials will want to be held accountable by his shareholders for this most disastrous share price development in years at the annual general meeting in a month??? Does anyone really believe that Mr. Blondal, Paul Matysek and the entire management will want to show up there in their underwear without having anything other than Worley in their hands???

After all the promises made recently???

It would be a reason to sell my shares, which I have held for a very, very long time, the very next day and in that case I can only recommend that to all other shareholders, if only out of protest. Because it would be a slap in the face to all those who have invested here for a long time and who have supported the company for a long time.

If that were the case, it would be an absolute disgrace. An admission of our own technological incompetence, an admission of corporate mismanagement for years. An admission of direct fraud against all shareholders for years with active government involvement.

2) No, I don't think that will be the case! Not really!

But I expect transparency from the company. Much more transparency than in recent years. Hiding behind NDAs should finally come to an end.

I also expect at least and absolutely the following by the annual general meeting:
- Detailed information about the type of financing for the company's future course (status: Candiac 2, purchase agreements, license agreements, announcement of additional partners, government participation)
- Clear information about the performance data of the respective Nano One Materials LFP product (LFP, LMFP)

As a shareholder in the company, I want to know exactly where the company currently stands. Only then can I continue to support the idea of this company.

"We're changing how the world makes battery materials" should also read: "We're changing how we treat our most loyal shareholders and supporters worldwide" ... Yeeeees!
