Debt to revenue is not a meaningful financial measure, I would focus on debt to EBITDA and/or debt to equity. Those have increased, but this is standard to a roll up business model, nothing unique to ...more

IPO was between 13-17, but iversubscribed with final 17 CAD and start first day trading 21CAD All IPO for last two years trading below it , because interest on debt,especially new growth company
