RE:Lapsed Offerthis is what i don't understand about the management enough to trust them.
why wasn't this announced when the offer was received? so that the company could buy back shares? they are not working in the interest of the shareholders but themselves, will share price rise tomorrow so people would cancel their tendering of shares?
